Order information

When you have completed an order, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout.
The e-mail contains all information about your order, such as invoice address, delivery address, products, prices and shipping costs.
ATTENTION! The confirmation can sometimes be sorted as "spam" with some e-mail providers, e.g. Gmail. Therefore, check your "spam" folder if the confirmation does not appear within 30 min.
If something is wrong with the order, you should contact us immediately by email ( or phone (035-215333).
You must be 18 years of age or have a guardian's approval when ordering.

You can pick up and pay in our store in Halmstad. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is available for collection.

Right of withdrawal

The product must be in salable condition with undamaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to being specially ordered for you as a customer.
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you have received an item that you ordered.
You cannot use the right of withdrawal supported by Swedish law on goods whose sealing has been broken, goods that lose their value (eg food) upon delivery.
When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping.
If the right of withdrawal is used, the price of the item will be refunded (not shipping).


Communicate why you do not accept the item and state why you believe the item is incorrect to e-mail ( or telephone (035-215333).
We will then send you a pre-paid return shipping slip and instructions.
Always report any complaints as soon as possible.
According to the law, you have the right to complain about your product for 3 years, provided that the fault can be referred to the seller as original, within 6 months from the time of purchase.
We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up your goods, , we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and storage costs.
The cost of this is currently SEK 395.
Unclaimed package does not count as cancellation of your purchase.
According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of the use of the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.

The Personal Data Act (PUL)

We do not save your customer data for anything other than the fulfillment of your order. We comply with the Personal Data Act, you can always request corrections, extracts and that we remove your data from our register.
