This product contains a combination of MSM and vitamin C in tablet form. 
 MSM is organic sulfur and stands for Methylsulfonylmethane. Sulfur is present in most of the food we eat, but it is easily destroyed by the processing, heating and storage of the food. 
 Sulfur is found in collagen and keratin which, among other things, builds up cartilage, tendons, brain, connective tissue, muscles, bones, hair, skin and nails. 
 Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to collagen formation that is important for the normal function of the skin, bone and cartilage.
