Portamins consists of easily soluble and easily absorbable mineral forms such as citrate, gluconate, ascorbate, malate, succinate and amino acid chelates. Amino acids help transport the minerals into the cells. 
 Calcium is important for bones and teeth, among other things. 
 Calcium also contributes to normal muscle function, energy conversion and to the normal function of digestive enzymes. 
 Vitamins D and K are included in the product. Vitamin D contributes to normal uptake / utilization of calcium and to normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin K helps maintain normal bone structure. 
 Super Calcium also contains turmeric extract.
