Portamins consists of easily soluble and readily absorbable mineral forms such as citrate, gluconate, malate, aspartate, ascorbate, picolinate and amino acid chelates. Amino acids help transport the minerals into the cells. 
 Super Zinc in tablet form also contains turmeric extract.
