 The capsule is vegetable and consists of cellulose from trees. 
 Dosage for adults 
 2 capsules 2 times a day for 3–6 weeks or as recommended. Begin with 1 / 4-1 / 2 dose and step up gradually. Should be taken with Holistic UltraDetox or Holistic Psyllium seeds. 
 The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. 
 Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
